Live Ready: Women's Strength & Confidence Program

Life doesn’t slow down—and neither should you. Whether you’re chasing after kids or grandkids, hiking your favorite trails, traveling, gardening, or simply wanting to feel stronger in your everyday life, Live Ready is designed to help you move with confidence.

This 6-week small group program is built specifically for active women ages 30–60 who want to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall confidence in their bodies. Every exercise has a purpose. Rather than following generic gym workouts, you’ll participate in physical therapist-led sessions that focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and building strength that translates into real life.

At Point Forward Physical Therapy, we believe fitness should be safe, approachable, and empowering. That’s why every class is led by our experienced physical therapy team, ensuring proper technique, individualized guidance, and modifications when needed. Whether you’re returning to exercise, looking to prevent future injuries, or simply ready to invest in yourself, Live Ready meets you where you are.

With a maximum of just 8 women per group, you’ll enjoy personalized coaching, accountability, and encouragement in a welcoming, supportive environment. There’s no pressure to “keep up” or compete—just a community of women working toward the same goal of becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident together.

Throughout the six weeks, you’ll build total-body strength, improve balance and stability, increase cardiovascular endurance, and develop movement patterns that make everyday activities easier. From lifting groceries and climbing stairs to enjoying outdoor adventures and keeping up with family, you’ll gain the confidence to live life without hesitation.
