Owner, Meant to Move Pilates · Teaches 1 class/week

Brooke Knoke, owner of Meant to Move LLC here in Stevens Point, is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher who's trained extensively at UW-Madison as well as with CoreAlign through Balanced Body. She's worked with everyone from a 60-year-old getting back on his bike after an injury, to a teenage competitive figure skater rehabbing after open-heart surgery. Translation: whatever your starting point is, she's coached someone through it before.

Independent Instructor · Teaches 2 classes/week

Kaitlyn is a Pilates instructor and dance artist with a passion for movement, strength, and body awareness. With years of dance experience and training in classical Pilates, she brings a thoughtful, mindful approach to teaching. She believes movement is a powerful tool for building strength and a stronger connection to our bodies, and strives to create a welcoming environment where everyone belongs.

Waiver

You'll sign a quick liability waiver when you arrive for your first class — no separate paperwork or online form required beforehand.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 2 hours before class at no charge. Cancellations inside that 2-hour window are billed a $7 fee.

Capacity

Classes are capped at 15 people. Once a class fills, booking closes automatically — no waitlist calls needed.
