Point Forward Physical Therapy and Bone and Joint have teamed up to provide sports physicals to everyone, free of charge. Complimentary sports physicals will take place at Point Forward Physical Therapy, 2901 Hoover Rd. Stevens Point
SPORTS PHYSICALS ARE DONE FOR 2024!
As a reminder we do not do sports physicals daily, they are done two nights a year one in July and one in August. We will post the scheduled dates once they are chosen.

These physicals do not take long, but our time is limited. We do work on a first come first serve basis within the times listed, but we recommend you let us know you’re coming so we can ensure a spot for you.
